Formal Court Litigation Evidence (Judge & Courtroom)
How IP Vault evidence is presented in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC), High Court, or International Arbitration tribunals.
The 4 Cryptographic & Legal Evidentiary Layers
The original archive containing 00_COPYRIGHT_DECLARATION.txt establishes author identity, creation methodology, and scope of ownership.
Forensic IT experts compute the exact SHA-256 hash of the evidence files. If it matches the fingerprint on record, the judge receives 100% mathematical proof of zero file corruption.
The court executes ots verify 00_BLOCKCHAIN_PROOF.ots against a public Bitcoin node, and separately verifies the eIDAS RFC 3161 Qualified Timestamp (.tsr) via any standard RFC 3161 verifier. Both proofs are automatically included in every IP Vault download package โ no add-on required.
Under Article 41(2) of the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014) and Sections 8 & 9 of the UK Civil Evidence Act 1995, the court grants an automatic statutory presumption of data integrity and creation timestamp accuracy. Every IP Vault submission automatically generates an eIDAS RFC 3161 Qualified Timestamp (.tsr) โ included at no extra cost. The burden of proof immediately shifts to opposing counsel to disprove the cryptographic anchor.
