Your Assets Stay on Your Cloud Drives
IP Vault uses 100% zero-server storage. On the Profile page, connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive first. Your assets, proof files, and declarations are then kept under ip-vault/ in that drive.
Keeping Your Records Accessible
Share your ip-vault/ folder with a person you nominate, or reference your cloud account credentials in your own will or password manager, so your records remain reachable.
🌐 Register Royalty & Performing Rights Societies (PROs)
While on the Profile page, add your global creator IDs (IPI/CAE, ISNI) and any royalty societies you belong to (such as PRS, ASCAP, GEMA, ALCS, or SACEM) across your creative disciplines. These are saved directly to your connected cloud drive alongside your assets.

Configure legal profiles on the Declaration Profiles page. Store legal names, physical addresses, corporate entity aliases, and agent contact details.
Selecting a profile dropdown preset instantly populates your copyright certificate fields before submission.
👥 Co-Author Royalty Share Splits
Add co-authors with explicit percentage splits (e.g. Creator 60%, Co-Writer 40%). The certificate mathematically calculates ownership shares and enforces 100%% total allocation validation.
Generates a self-signed authorship declaration `00_COPYRIGHT_DECLARATION.txt` inside the ZIP payload recording creation details and ownership claims.

Define Work Title & Sub-Asset
Enter your primary work title (e.g. *The Chronicles of Aethelgard*). Sub-asset / component titles (e.g. *Volume I*) are optional and tailored for multi-part projects.
eIDAS RFC 3161 + Bitcoin OpenTimestamps
All uploaded media files are bundled into a protected ZIP archive. A SHA-256 hash is computed locally and automatically anchored with both: (1) an eIDAS Article 41(2) RFC 3161 Qualified Timestamp (.tsr) from a certified TSA, and (2) a Bitcoin OpenTimestamps calendar anchor (.ots). Both proof files are returned in the download package and serve as self-authenticating evidence in court.
