The IP Vault Editorial Procedure

  1. 1

    Deep research stage

A comprehensive research report is produced using a deep-research model (e.g. Perplexity Sonar Deep Research), covering the legal and regulatory framework, market context, and case studies relevant to the topic. The report is stored in the IP Vault research archive and serves as the article’s evidentiary basis.

  2. 2

    Source-grounded drafting

An authoring model (Claude Sonnet) drafts the article under strict grounding rules: every factual, statistical, date, monetary or legal claim must be grounded in the selected research context and carry an inline source citation. Statistics, dates, and case names must match the source exactly; any claim not covered by the research is flagged for editorial verification rather than invented. Editorial prompts are not published.

  3. 3

    Claim-by-claim fact-check gate

Before publishing, every factual claim in the draft is re-verified against the same research context by an independent fact-check pass. Each claim is graded supported, partial, unsupported, or uncited, with particular scrutiny on numbers, dates, legal citations, and product claims about IP Vault itself.

  4. 4

    Human editorial gate

Unsupported claims block publication unless a human editor explicitly reviews and acknowledges them; that acknowledgement is recorded in the verification report below. A human author holds editorial responsibility for the final article.

  5. 5

    Legal status

Articles provide general legal information only and do not constitute legal advice.
